Titan N2 – Marketing Strategy
Titan N2 supplies nitrogen generators, which feed into the manufacture, or production process where inert gas must exist, such as removing air from a process. It is the primary gas used in mass spectrometers for sample analysis in labs. Alternative products are nitrogen cylinders or liquid nitrogen. 70% of business is from repeat customers and new enquiries are generated by the website, including international. Titan felt that they needed a marketing plan to focus on generating a more steady level of work for the business.
We worked closely with the team at Titan N2 to research the market, complete customer analysis and make recommendations for future marketing activity to grow the company and create a more consistent level of work. We then presented the marketing strategy and worked with the team at Titan N2 to identify and start to plan in key tactics to grow the business.
