RPL was approached by Truss Dental, a relatively new practice within Irvine, Ayrshire, that provides a wide range of NHS and cosmetic dental services. The practice owner and senior management team had spent five years establishing a core customer base in the area and were at the next stage of the practice's development. Truss wanted a clear marketing plan that was presented to them in such a way that roles and responsibilities in delivering any tasks were manageable and easy to follow.
In this one off project RPL were able to produce a list of core marketing goals, broken down into sets of measurable objectives. This was based on data and evidence that had been gathered through three research tasks including:
Truss were able to then gain an overview of what was most important and prioritise tasks to increase the likelihood of marketing being successful within the practice.
