Dnisi are a coffee roaster who own an established chain of coffee shops throughout East Dunbartonshire and Glasgow. Recent investment in a new coffee roaster had given them a unique selling point in the area and they wanted to use this as a focus to develop a new brand strategy that would increase awareness and spend at their coffee shops.

Brand Strategy

RPL Marketing carried out competitor analysis throughout the local area to ascertain what activity Dnisi’s competitors were doing and which product ranges they were selling. These results, together with an analysis of the Dnisi brand, helped to create a marketing plan that contained strategic goals, target group profiles, messaging statements and tactical activity to drive the brand forward both within the shops and online.
