Brisbane House Hotel is a medium sized, boutique style hotel situated in an idyllic setting overlooking the sea with enviable views of the islands of Cumbrae and Arran. It is independently owned and has recently carried out a major refurbishment. The hotel has an excellent reputation in the local area for weddings. They wanted a marketing plan to capitalise on this market and maximise their investment from the refurbishment.

In this one-off project RPL Marketing was tasked with creating a Marketing Plan that identified target groups and set out marketing objectives for the business that could translate into manageable actions for the team.

  • This information was then assessed and a number of actionable insights were produced
  • The result of this was a marketing strategy that outlined a set of objectives, with corresponding visual ideas and manageable actions for the team at Brisbane House to act upon to increase their market share in the area.
